Welcome to TOTALLY BAKED! By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.


Use of Our Website

  • Our site is meant to share information about our menu, locations, and services. 
  • You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., hacking, spreading malware, or unauthorized use of content).

Orders & Payments

  • Prices and menu items may change without notice. 
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason (don’t worry, it’s usually just if we run out of spuds!). 

Allergies & Dietary Info

  • While we do our best to list ingredients and allergens, cross-contact may occur in our kitchen and truck. Customers with food allergies should use caution. 

Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of food service, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to make it right. 

Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and content on this site belong to Totally Baked. Please don’t use them without permission. 

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages, losses, or claims arising from use of our food, website, or services, except as required by law. Eat responsibly and enjoy!

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Check back occasionally for the latest version.

Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Because our food is made fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared and served.


Order Issues
If something isn’t right with your order (missing item, incorrect toppings, or quality concerns), please let us know immediately at the truck or contact us within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to fix it on the spot or make it right with a replacement or credit toward a future purchase.


Cancellations

  • Online/phone orders: Orders can be canceled up until we start preparing them. Once preparation begins, cancellations are not possible. 
  • Catering orders: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund. Deposits may be non-refundable after that time.


Event & Weather Exceptions
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, weather closures, or truck breakdown), we will issue a full refund or credit.
