With over 20 years of experience in the kitchen, Chef Chris has seen (and cooked) it all. His passion is about taking simple ingredients and turning them into something unforgettable. After two decades behind the line, Chef Chris decided it was time to put his own spin on a classic comfort food: the baked potato. With bold flavors, over-the-top toppings, and a whole lot of personality, he aims to prove that potatoes aren’t just a side dish — they can be the main event. When he’s not loading up spuds you’ll find him at home with his best bud (Ratchet the Husky).
Billy – Spud Wingman
Billy brings the perfect balance to Totally Baked. As Chef Chris’s brother and business partner, he’s the guy who keeps the wheels turning — literally and figuratively. With a knack for operations, customer service, and making people feel welcome, Billy makes sure every potato we serve comes with a side of good vibes.
While Chris is loading up spuds in the kitchen, Billy is out front connecting with customers, managing events, and keeping the truck running smoothly. His energy, humor, and people-first approach are a huge part of why our food truck feels more like family. Together, this brother duo set out to turn the humble baked potato into the star of the show — and Billy makes sure the ride is just as fun as the food.
LeeAnna – Spud Stylist
Every great food truck needs heart, and that’s where LeeAnna shines. As Chef Chris’s sister-in-law and a proud partner in Totally Baked, she brings creativity, organization, and a flair for presentation that makes every spud picture-worthy (and mouthwatering). LeeAnna wears many hats — from helping craft new topping ideas to keeping the truck organized and running like clockwork. She’s also the friendly face you’ll often see greeting customers, taking orders, and making sure everyone leaves with a smile (and a full belly). Her mix of hospitality, style, and attention to detail keeps the truck’s vibe welcoming and fun — proving that baked potatoes can be both bold and beautiful.
Tracy – Spud Boss
Tracy is the steady hand and sharp mind behind Totally Baked. As a partner (and sister to Chef Chris), she keeps the business on track with her mix of organization, big-picture thinking, and love for great food. Whether she’s managing the books, coordinating events, or jumping in at the truck to help serve, Tracy makes sure everything runs smoothly so customers get the best baked potato experience possible. Her no-nonsense approach balances perfectly with the fun, spud-loving energy of the rest of the crew. For Tracy, it’s not just about serving food — it’s about building a family-run business that brings people together, one fully loaded potato at a time.
